- When cows approach the neck rail, they need to know when to lay down. Change the moving target of a floating neck rail to a fixed target for a consistent laying herd.
- Reduce or eliminate the defecating at the back of the stall, so that cows are cleaner and udder health is improved.
- Strengthen all stalls in the row by tying them together with fixed neckrail clamps
Problems addressed: Cows laying at different depths in the stall, manure on back of stall, mastitis and poor udder health/cleanliness.
